Xiaomi has officially launched its most powerful Android tablet yet — the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra — at its 15th anniversary event in China. The device comes with a premium 14-inch OLED display, a new in-house 10-core Xring O1 chipset, up to 120W fast charging, and flagship-level camera and audio setups.
This tablet is designed for power users, creators, and professionals who demand top-tier performance, display quality, and seamless multitasking.
Specifications and Features
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra features a large 14″ OLED TCL M9 notch display with a 3:2 aspect ratio. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 900 nits peak brightness (HBM), and 4800Hz PWM dimming, making it ideal for long hours of reading, video editing, or watching content. The panel also comes with AG nano-etching and AR anti-reflective coating, which reduces glare by up to 99%.
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by Xiaomi’s Xring O1 SoC, a 10-core processor based on TSMC’s advanced 3nm N3E process. It includes:

- 2 mid-tier cores @ 1.89GHz

The tablet features a 50MP rear camera and a 32MP front-facing camera housed in the notch, with support for 3D face recognition.
For audio, it packs 8 speakers and 4 microphones, delivering immersive sound and clear voice capture for calls and recordings.
Powering the device is a massive 12,000mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging via a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port.

The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra is priced at CNY 5699 (approx. ₹68,000 / $791 / €699) for the 12GB + 256GB variant. Higher configurations with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage are also available.
Currently, it is exclusive to the Chinese market, and there is no official word yet on global availability.
